# AI SEO software for agencies: every client’s campaign in one account

2. **The owner agrees.** The business owner gets a code at their business email and agrees to the campaign. Until then, nothing is published.

3. **Site check.** A hundred checks of what Google and the AI crawlers need from each page, each problem with its fix.

4. **Pages.** A page drafted for each tracked search, from the client’s own page, the top five pages for that search and the facts the owner has confirmed. A person approves it; it publishes to WordPress in one press and undoes in one press, or the HTML is copied into any other site.

5. **Every week.** Google ranks from each question’s town, Bing from India, and what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode tell a buyer in India. Each week runs by itself at the day and hour you pick, and an email says when it is ready.

## What each client sees

Each client gets a read-only report at a private link: your agency’s logo and name in the bar, “Prepared by” your agency, and the numbers in plain words. It updates as the work goes on, and it saves as a PDF. ## What it does not do

It does not post to the Google Business Profile, which is shown only. It does not do outreach, ask for reviews, or list the client in directories; that work stays with your team, and the weekly report shows which sites the AI engines read, so you know where to spend it. It publishes to WordPress only; on Webflow, Wix and other builders the approved page is copied in by hand. And it promises no rank, because nobody can.
