Before you write

What to include, so the first reply is the answer rather than a question.

A check you think is wrong

The address you checked, the name of the check as the report shows it, and what you expected instead. The report keeps the evidence behind every row, so quoting the row is enough.

A session that looks wrong

The date of the session and the engine. Every answer is kept with the model build and whether it searched, so we can read the same answer you did.

A plan or a payment

The email on the account. Plans are switched on by hand within one working day, and the invoice comes from the same inbox.

Your data

Write from the address on the account to ask what is held, to have it corrected, or to have the account and everything under it deleted within thirty days. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.

Press and partnerships

Say who you write for and what you need. Findings from many sessions are published in aggregate; anything that names a brand needs that brand's agreement first.
