SEO client reporting software: a weekly report your clients can read

SEO client reporting software should save the hours an agency spends building reports by hand. In Oftheard the report builds itself: every week the client’s searches are checked on Google, Bing and five AI assistants, the work done is logged, and the client opens a read-only report that compares where they started with where they are.

What a client report needs to answer

A client reads a report to answer four questions, and a report that answers them in the first screen is the one they keep reading:

  1. Are we being found more than when we started?
  2. Do the AI assistants name us yet?
  3. What did you do this week?
  4. What happens next?

Everything else, from crawl stats to keyword difficulty, is for the agency. Put it in the full version, not the one the client opens.

How the weekly report is built

  • It runs by itself. Each week runs at the day and hour you pick, India time, unless you run it by hand first. An email says when it is ready, or why it could not run.
  • The same searches every week. Google ranks from each question’s town, Bing ranks from India, and what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode tell a buyer in India.
  • Competitors on the same searches. Five on Starter, ten on Growth.
  • The work done. Pages drafted, approved and published to WordPress, with the date.
  • Start against now. The last report of the twelve weeks compares the end with the start, search by search.

A campaign has twelve weekly reports and two spare, for a week you want to run again.

What the client gets

A private, read-only link with your agency’s logo and name on it, which updates as the work goes on, and a PDF copy when they want a file. The owner can also sign in and see the same numbers. The white-label reports page lists what is on it.

Why weekly, and why the same questions

Search ranks move, and AI answers move more: the same question asked twice can name different businesses. A report built from the same questions, asked the same way every week, is the only way to tell a real change from noise. A changed page is also left about three weeks before it is judged, so the report shows when a change is due to be read rather than reacting to every wobble.

Questions

Does the report run without me?

Yes. Each week runs by itself at the day and hour you pick, and you get an email when it is ready. You can also run a week by hand, or switch the automatic run off per campaign.

Can clients see the report without logging in?

Yes, through a private read-only link. The business owner can also sign in to see the same weekly numbers.

Does it connect Search Console and Analytics?

Yes, with the owner’s permission, so clicks and visits sit beside the ranks and AI answers.

How much does it cost per client?

Reporting comes with each client’s twelve-week campaign: ₹4,999 on Starter or ₹9,999 on Growth, paid once. There is no separate reporting fee.
