White-label SEO reports: your agency’s name on every client report

White-label SEO reports let an agency hand a client the numbers under its own name. In Oftheard, each client’s report carries your agency’s logo and name, says it was prepared by you, and shows the client’s Google and Bing ranks and what the AI assistants say, week by week. Here is exactly what is on it, and what is not.

What white-label means here

In SEO, white-label usually means one of two things: a service an agency resells under its own name, or software whose reports carry the agency’s brand. Oftheard is the second. You run the client’s campaign, and the report the client opens is yours:

  • Your logo and agency name in the bar at the top, with your website beside them.
  • “Prepared by” your agency above the client’s name.
  • A private, read-only link the client opens without an account.
  • Save as PDF for the client who wants a file.

To be plain about it: a short “Made with Oftheard” line stays at the foot of the report. Everything above it is about the client and your agency.

What is on the report

  • The site check. The score by section and the problems that matter most, each with why it matters.
  • Google ranks for each tracked search, asked from the town the search is about, and Bing ranks from India.
  • The AI answers. What ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode told a buyer in India, who they named, and whether the client was among them.
  • The competitors measured on the same searches.
  • The work done. Pages drafted, approved and published, and what changed after.
  • Start against now. The last report of a campaign compares the end with the start, search by search.

Why a client trusts a report like this

A client stops reading a report that is all charts and no answers. Each number here is something the client can check: the search, the place it was asked from, the date, and for the AI answers, the answer itself. When the client asks “what did ChatGPT say?”, the answer is on the page, not in a summary.

The owner can also sign in and see the same numbers you see. A white-label report works best when the agency has nothing to hide behind it.

What it costs

There is no white-label fee and nothing extra for the agency account. An agency account holds up to 50 clients, and each client’s twelve-week campaign is paid on its own: ₹4,999 on Starter or ₹9,999 on Growth, once. The branded report comes with every campaign. Questions

Is the report fully white-label?

Almost. Your logo, agency name and website are in the bar and the report says it was prepared by your agency. A short “Made with Oftheard” line stays at the foot.

Does the client need an account to see it?

No. The client opens a private read-only link. The business owner can also sign in to see the same weekly numbers.

Can I send the report as a PDF?

Yes. The report saves as a PDF from the browser, and the full version, with every problem, competitor and answer, opens straight to the print dialog for the agency.

Do you resell white-label SEO services?

No. Oftheard is software. Your agency runs the campaign and does the work outside the site, such as listings and reviews; the software checks, drafts, publishes to WordPress after approval and measures.
